I do speaking presentations and also offer one-day and two-day workshops based on my upcoming book, Why I Cancelled My Health Insurance.
The philosophy in this book empowers people to heal at all levels through the alignment of body-mind-spirit. I can show you how to shift your life from fear to confidence, from worry to trust, from conflict to harmony, from grief to serenity, and from sadness to joy. When you make these changes, you will also heal your body.
My interactive workshops show you how to take responsibility for your life and move in a direction of positive change, change that improves your physical and emotional health, your ability to handle stress productively and your enthusiasm for life and work. I show you how easy it is to make these changes and how quickly it is possible to see positive improvements in every area of your life. All of this is facilitated in a comfortable and casual atmosphere where learning is both focused and fun.
These workshops are also offered in the workplace. At a time when stress-related illnesses are on the increase, and employee burnout is common, my seminars are designed to produce a definable sense of personal well-being for each employee, one that translates into overall corporate health, strength and vigor.
